Lee Chit Shung who graduated from high school, is the Managing Director of Montreux Patisserie Pte Ltd responsible in the daily operation, decision-making and strategic planning.

Founded in 1995, Mr Lee has built the company to become a leading bread & pastry supplier in Singapore. Now the company specialises in providing cakes, French pastries, breads, puff pastries, soups and sauces to hotels, integrated resorts, restaurants, hospitals, schools, country clubs and many more.
