Marc Chua is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality management and business development. Renowned for his innovative thinking and strategic acumen, Marc has excelled in diverse managerial roles throughout his career.
Currently, Marc holds the position of General Manager and Director at The White Label & Restaurant Espoir, two highly acclaimed Halal restaurants. As a key member of the management team reporting directly to the board of directors, Marc drives the conceptualization and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing growth and profitability. Under his leadership, The White Label achieved profitability in its inaugural year, and subsequently, Marc successfully established Restaurant Espoir, which swiftly earned the prestigious "Best Halal Fine Dining" accolade from the Restaurant Association of Singapore in its first year of operation. Notably, Marc secured a collaboration contract for the globally renowned dining experience "Le Petit Chef," elevating the company's status and underscoring the viability of halal fine dining.
Prior to his current role, Marc held senior managerial positions at several establishments, including The Garden Kitchen and Posito Restaurant Pte Ltd. At Posito Restaurant, he led digital marketing, partnership initiatives, and brand stewardship, resulting in remarkable sales growth and the introduction of innovative dining concepts. His tenure as Operations Director and Co-founder at Altitude Holdings Pte Ltd showcased his prowess in P&L management, strategic planning, and business development, leading to the company's attainment of multiple prestigious awards.
