Executive Chef Gero DiMaria Mohammed Omar boasts over 33 years of experience in Italian cuisine including stints in many top Italian restaurants in Singapore.
Born in London but with Sicilian blood from his father’s side, Chef Gero’s childhood memories of enjoying home-cooked Italian food prepared by his Nonna have significantly influenced the dishes he creates from scratch at Kucina, an award-winning authentic and halal Italian restaurant since 2016.
Has cooked for a sitting President Madam Halimah Yacob on numerous occasions.
